Notice of Shipper/Ownership Changes
Customers should notify Colonial’s Credit department of any entity, name, or ownership changes. This notification should include an explanation of the change and the effective date. Colonial’s credit team will review the request and advise the company of any additional information or documentation that is needed. The ownership change process can take up to 30 days to process depending on the request. Please direct any change requests and questions related to this process to [email protected].
