Colonial employees are rewarded with competitive compensation and a generous benefits package that includes a host of features that support and enhance all stages of their careers. For example, employees are eligible for merit-based salary increases on an annual basis, and also are eligible to participate in the annual bonus program. Additionally, as part of our highly competitive benefits program, employees are rewarded with an automatic company contribution of 4% of salary into the 401(k) plan, and can receive up to 6% more in matching contributions, for a total of (up to) 10% of salary in company-paid contributions.
