Colonial University is our popular two-day course for customers in a Scheduling role actively nominating batches within Transport4 and moving product on the Colonial system.
The sessions are led by members of our teams who are actively involved in scheduling, ticketing, inventory, revenue, accounting, quality assurance and customer affairs. Each presentation is designed to help customers better understand the knowledge necessary to adhere to the nomination-to-delivery process, as outlined in Colonial’s Shipper Manual.
The curriculum covers the many aspects of pipeline transportation on Colonial and the Rules and Regulations by which it is governed. Presenters provide participants with a glimpse of scheduling and the complexities of Colonial’s pipeline operations from the time customer nominations are received through the delivery of the product to its final destination.
In order to register and attend one of the sessions, attendee must be in a Scheduling role with one of Colonial’s active shippers.
